No. We work directly inside your existing PrimeRX system via secure remote access. No new software, no new logins, no disruption to your workflow whatsoever.

Is BridgeRX HIPAA compliant? +

Yes. We operate as a Business Associate under HIPAA and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available for all clients. We implement administrative and technical safeguards to protect all PHI.

Do you work with new pharmacies that haven't opened yet? +

Absolutely. In fact, we specialize in getting new pharmacies credentialed and ready to bill from day one. We handle the full setup — PBM enrollment, insurance credentialing, paperwork, and licensing coordination — so you open your doors fully ready.

What states do you serve? +

We serve pharmacies across the United States — 100% remotely from our New York base. Location is never a barrier to working with us.

How does billing and payment work? +

We offer flexible compensation models — a percentage of collections, a flat monthly fee, or a per-claim fee — whichever works best for your pharmacy. Payment terms and details are outlined clearly in our service agreement.
