Is BridgeRX HIPAA compliant? +
Yes. We operate as a Business Associate under HIPAA and a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is available for all clients. We implement administrative and technical safeguards to protect all PHI.
Do you work with new pharmacies that haven't opened yet? +
Absolutely. In fact, we specialize in getting new pharmacies credentialed and ready to bill from day one. We handle the full setup β€” PBM enrollment, insurance credentialing, paperwork, and licensing coordination β€” so you open your doors fully ready.
